Nia Technique Fusion Fitness with Susan
Nia is a worldwide class and technique. Nia blends simple dance and martial arts, with somatics & awareness techniques. We do get sweaty but we don't beat our bodies up! Good for cardio, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, confidence and vitality. Nia is adaptable and welcoming for all bodies and ages. Ideally done barefoot but soft trainers or socks with grippers are also good options.

The Dunblane Centre is a local charity established using donations sent from around the world following the aftermath of the Primary School Tragedy in 1996.
20 years in the community of Dunblane, The Centre was created as a beacon of hope and continues to hold a strong place in many peoples' hearts.
Every week we welcome around a 1000 people from our community... spanning all age groups and taking part in many different activities from sport to crafts, socialising to stretching, soft play to dancing and all kinds of social groups. We provide a safe, welcoming hub for everyone to come and meet. We boast flexible space which can be hired out for meetings, parties or as space for freelance business people to utilise.
We are at the heart of the community and can offer so much to all ages. Come and visit us, we can’t wait to meet you!
