Classes are suitable for beginner or those with some experience.
The new Autumn term is now open for booking. Join weekly Monday or Thursday. Book for 8 weeks or 4 weeks. By booking a block, this gives you the tools to do yoga and notice a progression week to week. If you are unable to commit to a block you can still book as a single yoga class after the start of term.
