Aerial Yoga
Discover a unique and uplifting way to move, stretch, and unwind with Aerial Yoga. Using a soft hammock for support, this practice offers a full-body experience that builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances balance and body awareness.
Working with the hammock allows for a deeper exploration of movement than mat-based yoga alone. It can support you in accessing stretches more fully, decompressing the spine, and moving with greater ease. For some, this makes the practice more accessible, offering support where it’s needed while still providing opportunities to challenge yourself in new ways.
Classes begin with a gentle introduction to the equipment, helping you feel comfortable and supported. You’ll spend time in the hammock developing breath awareness before moving into a flowing sequence of postures. The session gradually winds down with guided relaxation, giving you space to rest and reset while held by the hammock.
Alongside its physical benefits, Aerial Yoga is also a playful and creative way to move — inviting curiosity, lightness, and a sense of fun into your practice.
