I am Julie Mac and I am a Level 3 personal trainer and Level 4 Nutrition Coach. I started JMac Fitness & Nutrition in 2019 from a desire to help others achieve their fitness and health related goals. I am passionate about my clients health and fitness and helping educate them to make long term, sustainable lifestyle changes.

A fitness class designed for an all over body workout. We’ll be using equipment such as weights, barbells, resistance bands etc. All exercises are designed to be adapted for all levels of fitness and are all fully coached through. All equipment provided and classes are suitable for everyone.
