TONE IT UP - Mondays 10-11am (£6.50). A fab all over work out for legs, bums & tums using weights. A brilliant way to kick start the week. Lots of space in the Sports Hall, so no need to book. Simply arrange payment direct and lots of friendly faces. All abilities welcome!
BE ACTIVE - Mondays 11:15am-12:00pm (£5). A Senior Fitness Toning class (low impact toning movements 45mins). Not too strenuous, easy on the joints but will get that heart pumping! All abilities are very welcome.
RIP WEIGHTS - Tuesdays 10-11am (£6). A rapid fat burning workout using weights to tone and condition. Similar to Body Pump, with various barbell programs working specific muscle groups, great for toning and strength work.
STEP - Wednesdays & Fridays 10-11am (£6.50)
A calorie burning cardio STEP class with abs/arm toning with weights and bands too.
