So many people are asking us about Pilates and Kirsty Thomson Pilates is responding to demand by putting on a new Beginners Class as well as her other established regular classes.

Booking essential.

Please bring a mat and small head cushion (a folded towel works well), your stretchy band and a soft pilates overball. Please be changed ready for class in comfortable clothes.

TUESDAYS

9:30am – 10:30am - Mixed Ability
Balanced flowing class which will encourage development of strength and flexibility.

10:30am – 11:30am - Beginners & Mixed Ability
Plenty of alternatives are given to allow for different levels of ability in class. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced. Balanced flowing class which will encourage development of strength and flexibility.

6:30pm – 7:30pm - Mixed Ability
We develop your Pilates’ skills with a class programme designed to strengthen your core, upper, and lower body, whilst also addressing tight muscles with stretches and releases. A balanced and full body workout.

7:30pm – 8:30pm - Intermediate
A challenging class for clients experienced in their practice. We focus on flow and developing your strength and stamina in your practice. NOT suitable for beginners.


THURSDAYS
