Pregnancy yoga will nurture and support you throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond. From experienced yogis to newbies, these classes are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy. 

Expect to relieve pregnancy aches and niggles with postures and relaxation and learn specific breathing techniques to help you experience a calm and empowered birth, whatever type of delivery you hope for. 

These classes will help you connect with your ever-changing body, breath and bump while making new local friends.
