Yoga with Roz

A yoga practice that harmonises the body, breath, and mind creating a holistic gentle, accessible moving meditation experience.

Mondays 6-7pm

Wednesdays (beginners) 9.30-10.30am

Thursdays 10-11am

Thursdays (chair yoga) 11.45am-12.30pm

Classes are suitable for beginner or those with some experience and are open for booking!

Roz Yoga Lifestyle specialises in gentle yoga and moving meditation, chair yoga and private teachings, finding a lightness and ease through the breath and yoga asana with a therapeutic approach.  Individual and group classes are focused on on slow and mindful yoga with gentle movements that nourish both the mind and body promoting a sense lightness and healing. 

With a warm and friendly welcome, what better way to benefit from the many positives of practising Yoga!

 

Join weekly Monday or Thursday, or if you're new to Yoga, our Wednesday morning class will be a great place to start. For those requiring some extra support, Chair Yoga takes place each Thursday. Classes / moves are adaptable to each individual so there's a pace for everyone.  

 

Block booking available. Booking a block will gives you the tools to do yoga and notice a progression week to week. If you are unable to commit to a block you can still book as a single yoga class.
